System is based on hulling the cover of the product like wheat which is used for manufacturing pounded wheat, swart bulgur etc more sensitively. By this used system, the hull of the wheat is softened. After that, it is hulled more sensitively and with less waste product rate. So, providing high efficiency, production cost is decreased with low waste rate. Ease of use is provided for the users by the control panel on the system.
